The staffs goal is to keep the students feed in the morning, lunch, and also afterschool.  They have to provide the food at those times, they feed the students so the students stay awake in class, improve on learning and paying attentions to their teacher and to their works. They staffs say there students have improve coming to school by being feed breakfast, lunch, afterschool.  the school staffs that are helping the kids with their food and doing what they can for the students to attend the school and achieve what is necessary for them at school is making the staffs program successful.  The program has achieve since last school year by what they have done for the students and they are running the program great for the hungry, and lazy students that are now awaken in class and ready to learn.

Calf roping, also known as tie-down roping, is a rodeo event that presents a calf, a horse, and also a rider that is called a cowboy and here is how they performance.
First, The calves are lined up in a row and moved through narrow runways leading to a chute with spring-loaded doors. When a calf enters the chute, a door is closed behind it and a lightweight rope, attached to a trip lever, is fastened around the calf's neck. The lever holds a taut cord or barrier that runs across a large pen or box at one side of the calf chute, where the horse and rider wait. The barrier is used to ensure that the calf gets a head start. When the roper is ready, he or, she calls for the calf, and the chute operator pulls a lever opening the chute doors and releasing the calf. The calf runs out in a straight line. When the calf reaches the end of the rope, that trips the lever, the rope falls off the calf, and the barrier for the horse is released, starting the clock and allowing horse and rider to chase the calf.
Second, The rider must catch the calf from horseback by throwing a loop at the calf's neck. Once the rope is around the calf's neck, the roper stops the horse quickly while he dismounts and runs to the calf. The calf is now stopped by the rope. When the roper reaches the calf, he picks it up and flips it onto its side. Once the calf is on the ground, the roper ties three of the calf's legs together with a short rope known as a tie-down rope or piggin string. The piggin string is often carried between the roper's teeth until he uses it. The horse is trained to assist the roper by slowly backing away from the calf to keep a steady pressure on the rope.
Finally, When the tie is complete, the roper throws his hands in the air to signal the clock to stop. The roper then returns to his horse, mounts, and moves the horse forward to relax the tension on the rope. The timer waits for six seconds, during which the calf must stay tied before an official time is recorded.

topic intro

my topic i s on rodeo and that is interesting to write about rodeo because rodeo is what i was raise to do , i also come from a family that comes from living life of rodeo so it makes it simple for me everytime i talk about rodeo, i ain;t the best at talking about rodeo but i am going to try because i just need to get a grade on rodeo and finish this assingment by talking about rodeo so living and competing in the rodeo is a tough sport to choose at times when you get fusstratted because if you want to rodeo your giogh have to learn a lot and once you starte living the life of rodeo you have to wake up from sunrise and feed your animals, you practice for life, get preached at by an expert, get injured and some times suffer the pain and sometimes you live the pain for life so there is alot about doing the sport of rodeo, you even have to talk about just the name rodeo.
rodeo is a great sport to do sometimes because it deals with money like one cents to millions and millions of money you could win so its a fun sport and here is one event i am going to talk about : pound pitching, twisting bronc. Considered rodeo’s “classic” event, saddle bronc riding evolved from the ranch work of breaking and training horses. Many cowboys say bronc riding is the most difficult roughstock event to master because of its technical requirements. Spurring action must be synchronized with the horse’s movements. If a rider is able to “keep in time” with the horse, the ride will be fluid and graceful, not wild and uncontrolled. A saddle bronc rider’s feet must touch the horse’s shoulders on the first jump out of the chute. This is called a “mark-out,” and a contestant who fails to have his feet in place at the beginning of the ride is said to have “missed his mark” and is disqualified. He will receive a “no score” for the round. The rider, gripping a thick rein attached to the horse’s halter as his only means of securing himself to the animal, attempts to place his feet over the horse’s shoulders a split second before the animal’s front feet strike the ground. As the horse bucks, the rider bends his knees and finishes his spurring stroke with his spurs near the “cantle,” the back of the saddle, then snaps his feet back to the horse’s shoulders as the animal’s front feet hit the ground.

Auto Biography

I am Ty Sage; I’m 16 years old my Birthday is on April 11. My favorite color is white, red and black but manly pink. I’m kind friendly and funny.  I like listening to country music, but they can’t be sad they have to be something you can bust a move to. The things I love most about life are the people that are in it like my best friend Amber Benally. Also the thing I love about life is when you fall, there’s always time to get back up and fix your mistakes. I got to where I am today by going to school, not getting in trouble. Also my aunts and grandma without them I wouldn’t have gotten this far. Major experiences that helped me shape who I am today is when I do something bad or not right, my aunts would talk to me tell me what’s right from wrong. My goal would be going to College and getting a job that will probably be my career, or doing college rodeo. I see myself in fifty years maybe married to the girl of my dreams, and also have 2 kids. That where I see myself.
